The organizer of the exhibition is the IT-Association of companies and organizations of Uzbekistan. The state support is provided by the Communications and Information Agency of Uzbekistan. The official partner of the event is “ICT Policy” (ICTP) of UNDP.

In the opening part of the exhibition the opening speech was made the Vice Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Director General of the Communications and Information Agency of Uzbekistan – Mr. A.Aripov, - the given direction is in the center of attention of the state policy of Uzbekistan - he noted in his speech. Under the Resolutions of the President of the Republic - I.A.Karimov are determined the essential tax privileges for the enterprises that specialized in creation of software products. All of this is allowed to form the resource base for rapid development of software sector of the republic. Within the last three years the growth rates of companies which are carrying out the  successful activity have increased in 1,6 times, by present time their number is reached 215.

In the Exhibition all existing and perspective achievements of software sector of the republic that are directed as for the representatives of business - community and authorities, as well as for wide layers of population.

More than 60 companies of software market with scope of more than 500 sq.m are displayed their mounts in the IT-fair. Alongside with the domestic companies among participants of exhibition we can see the companies of the USA, Austria, Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan, etc.

 
The enterprises and companies of the system of the Communications and Information Agency of Uzbekistan also presented their mounts, as: Scientific Engineering and Marketing Research Center, Center “Uzinfocom”, Tashkent University of Information Technologies, Center of preparation and support of young programmers, etc.

In the exhibition program: holding the seminars, conferences, transmission of presentation programs, and exchange of experience on realization of last achievements of the sector.

Within the framework of exhibition will be organized the rewarding of winners of the republican competition on following nominations: Software product – Brand of the year; Best company in IT formation sphere; Best introduction project of 2007. Moreover, the permanent work of “Seminar room” will be organized where participants of the exhibition can organize actions on promotions of own services and production. Also the realization of a plenty of various entertaining actions is planned.
