On May 15, 2008 inTashkentthe National Forum of Programmers started its work which passes within the framework of the Second National Exhibition of Software Products “BEST SOFT - UZBEKISTAN 2008”. In the Forum are gathered more than 200 representatives and experts of various IT companies of Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The
purpose of the Forum is the provision of an opportunity to leading
experts of software products development and introduction sphere, to
tell about the last achievements, and to share experience.
In the opening part of the Forum with salutatory words acted the Head of department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan - A.Ishankhodjaev, the Deputy of Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan - S.Saifnazarov, and the Head of Department of the CIA Uz - F.Agzamov.
It
was noted that the level and quality of experts-programmers preparation
is improved, in this direction are operate a number of educational
centers. Production created by programmers promotes the further
improvement of quality, efficiency of work, economic indicators in all
spheres of national economy.
National
software products have a great importance not only as the facilities
raising the competitiveness in economy of the republic, as well as they
expanding the opportunities in the global market.
The given privileges and preferences bythe governmental part to the companies specializing on development of
software for the last years led to significant successes in software
sector. First of all, it has affected in the increase of the amount of
the domestic companies that is especially important for Uzbekistan.
Within
2 days of the Forum the issues of development of electronic digital
signature in Uzbekistan, increase of a level of computer knowledge and
skills will by their accreditation with the help of UzCDL tests,
application of copyright by development and use of the software, the
legislations in the field of intellectual property and copyright,
proposals on its perfection and other questions will be discussed.
